  1. Worked as Assistant professor in the Department of Child and Adolescent psychiatry, CMC Vellore from August 2015 to February 2016
  1. Attended the senior residency programme (post doctoral fellowship) for a period of 2 years (July 2013 – July 2015) in Child and adolescent psychiatry unit, CMC Vellore.
    • Training: Spent 14 mths in Emotional And Behavioral Disorder Unit, 6 months in Neurodevelopental Disorders Unit, 1 month in Pediatric Neurology, 15 days each in Pediatric Endocrinology, General Pediatrics Unit, Pediatric Oncology, Developmental Pediatrics and Physical medicine and rehabilitation. I also had one week of training in Community Child Psychiatry.
  2. Worked for 3 months as tutor in child and adolescent psychiatry, CMC Vellore (March 2013 to June 2013).
  3. Worked for 6 months as senior resident in department of psychiatry in MMCHRI, Kancheepuram (September 2012 – February 2012)
  1. Attended 3 years of the Junior Residency Programme (Post graduation – MD) in Department of Psychiatry, PSGIMSR,Tamilnadu,India. (May 2009– May  2012)
  1. Training: Spent 29 months in Adult Psychiatry units including De-addiction units, consultation liaison psychiatry, Rehabilitation &  Community psychiatry and 3 months in Internal medicine at PSGIMSR; 15 days in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry & 15 days in Forensic psychiatry at NIMHANS; 3 months in Neurology at St John’s Medical College, Bangalore, India.
    • Trained towards the management of emergencies during these postings.
    • Trained in Metabolic clinic, Child and Adolescent clinic & De-addiction clinic of PSGIMSR, Coimbatore, India. (directed towards assessment and management of a spectrum of clinical situations and oriented towards research in these fields)
    • Trained in Electroconvulsive therapy and repetitive Trans Cranial Magnetic Stimulation during the course of residency.
