Percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage (PTBD) & stenting (Metallic) For treatment of Obstructive Jaundice specially in malignancy like in cholangioCa./ Ca. GB etc., in cases of failed ERCP, Post –op cases etc. etc. Frequently requested procedure, may be followed by metallic stenting.

Bronchial artery embolization- For repeated & recurrent hemoptysis, large volume hemoptysis

Uterine artery embolization for uterine fibroids & for PPH  - mainstay of treatment now for Uterine Fibroid to prevent hysterectomy, to save life in severe PPH

Transjugular intrahepatic Porto systemic shunt (TIPSS).

Intervention in Budd- chiarri syndrome (Hepatic vein & IVC stenting),

 BRTO (Balloon Occluded Retrograde Transvenous Occlusion of shunts) – To treat uncontrolled significant variceal bleeding mainly in cases of Chronic liver disease

Chemoembolization of Hepatocellular Carcinomas or TACE(CONVENTIONAL & DEB) – to treat relatively larger Hepatocellular carcinoma in cases of CLD, colonic metastasis not responding to usual chemptherapy

TRANSARTERIAL RADIOEMBOLISATION  (TARE) – For advanced HCC, colonic mets, some cholangio Ca. and neuroendocrine tumours.. It can in properly selected cases it can downstage and even make the patient suitable for liver transplantation. Radiation segmentectomy is new emerging concept
